Fidelity International (Fidelity) ernennt Susanna Wooders, die das Deutschland-Geschäft bisher interimistisch geleitet hat, zum Country Head, Germany.
In ihrer neuen Rolle wird Susanna Wooders das Deutschlandgeschäft von Fidelity International mit den vier Geschäftsfeldern Wholesale, Institutional, Workplace Investing und der Fondsplattform FFB strategisch weiterentwickeln. Mit ihrer langjährigen Expertise wird sie Kunden in Deutschland unterstützen, sich unter wachsenden Herausforderungen bestmöglich zu positionieren.
Susanna Wooders kam 2016 als Chief Risk Officer zu Fidelity und wurde im April 2023 zur Interims-Deutschland-Chefin berufen. Sie ist seit mehr als 25 Jahren im Finanzsektor tätig. Neben Positionen im Risikomanagement hatte sie zudem sowohl kundenorientierte als auch operative Funktionen inne. Weitere Stationen ihrer internationalen Karriere sind unter anderem die Commerzbank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Royal Bank of Scotland und Barclays in Deutschland, Hongkong, Großbritannien und den USA.
Die Bankfachwirtin verfügt über einen MBA der University of Wales in Cardiff.
