Helsinki-based United Bankers Plc and its subsidiary UB Fund Management Company Ltd recently signed an agreement to join forces with Zurich-based AISA Capital Services GmbH. This is part of a strategic initiative within UB to reach out to a broader investor base in the European markets. AISA Capital Services provides services to asset managers and qualified asset owners in Switzerland.
United Bankers is well known for its expertise in asset management and alternative investments funds in the Nordic markets. Founded in 1986, United Bankers has over the years developed a range of specialist competencies in the field of real assets and alternative investments. These asset classes have increased proportionally in institutional portfolios in the Nordic region, a trend that can be observed among Swiss investors as well.
