The international law firm White Case has become a long-term anchor tenant, leasing all office spaces in the STUDIO and PAVILLON, totaling at least 11,670 sqm. The lease spans 15 years and includes modern office spaces, car parking, and bicycle spaces. The project includes refurbishment and construction with completion scheduled for early 2028.
