Bevor er zu Aviva Investors stieß, war er als European Investment Manager bei TRIUVA und davor als Investment Manager für den deutschen Einzelhandelsmarkt bei Gazit Globe verantwortlich. Valette hat einen Masterabschluss in Ingenieurwesen (Diplôme d’ingénieur) sowie einen weiteren Abschluss in International Finance der HEC-Universität in Paris erworben.
