The sale of ETF Securities Limited (ETF Securities) European Exchange Traded Fund platform, known as Canvas, to Legal & General Investment Management (Holdings) Limited (LGIM) has completed. The Canvas ETF platform has $3.26* billion of AUM across 20 products and is listed on multiple European stock exchanges and licensed for distribution in 14 European countries. The sale to LGIM has seen no change to the existing issuer, management company or investment manager.
