Fortaco Group has officially appointed Mika Mahlberg as its President & CEO, replacing Lars Hellberg who will now be part of the Supervisory Board. The decision was made on 3rd January 2025 by Fortaco’s sole shareholder, OEP 81 B.V. Mika Mahlberg initially served as the interim President & CEO, but his role has now been made permanent starting January 3, 2025. With this change, he also joins Fortaco Group Holdco Plc’s Board of Directors.
