Die Commerz Real baut ihr internationales institutionelles Geschäft aus und verstärkt dafür ihre Londoner Präsenz. Seit Mai 2024 ist Nicholas Hill im Institutional Sales Team und wird sich – vorbehaltlich der behördlichen Genehmigungen – um den Ausbau der internationalen Kundenbasis kümmern. „Angesichts der hohen Bedeutung von London als globaler Finanzstandort gehen wir damit einen weiteren Schritt zur Umsetzung unserer internationalen Wachstumsstrategie“, erläutert Nicole Arnold, Mitglied des Vorstands der Commerz Real. Mit der Verstärkung will der Assetmanager für Sachwertinvestments der Commerzbank seine Expertise in Immobilien und erneuerbaren Energien noch stärker britischen und internationalen institutionellen Investoren zur Verfügung stellen und ihnen individuelle Strukturierungslösungen über Fonds, Club Deals oder Einzelmandate anbieten.
Nicholas Hill kann auf 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Investmentbranche zurückgreifen und ist seit vielen Jahren spezialisiert auf Relationship Management und Produktentwicklung für Sachwerte im institutionellen Bereich. Vor seinem Einstieg bei der Commerz Real leitete er seit 2021 das Londoner Büro von Optimum Asset Management, und von 2013 bis 2021 war er als Investor Services Director (UK) und Business Development Manager (EMEA) für CBRE Investment Management tätig. Weitere Stationen seiner beruflichen Laufbahn waren Aviva Investors, Matrix Group and Jupiter Fund Management.
